What is included with a rental?

Each rental includes a freshly cleaned, fully stocked portable restroom trailer. From paper supplies, to a hose & extension cord— we’ve got you covered.
Are you insured?

Absolutely! We are fully insured with three separate policies to keep everyone involved safe.
How far will you deliver?

We service Upstate New York & the surrounding states. We are happy to accommodate your needs at your desired location. Please inquire using our “get in touch” tab & we will include the delivery cost in your quote.

What do I need to run the trailer?

A water spigot within 50 feet would be ideal with a standard (110V 20amp) outlet nearby. We will supply the hose and extension cord(s). Don’t fret if you don’t have these options available! We can pre-fill the fresh water tank & our solar panels will power the lights & pump. Want the A/C or heat running? We have a generator available for rent & we can include that in your quote!
How much does a restroom rental cost?

Prices vary based on season, location & any add on services (ex. generator rental). Our Prices start at $1,000, please use the “get in touch” tab to get an accurate quote.
What is your cancellation policy?

Although our deposit is not refundable, it is transferrable. Transferable to another date, or another person. If you cancel 30 days prior to your event, you will receive a full refund, minus your deposit.
